Twelve Capital Group appoints Dr. Frank Schnewlin as independent, non-executive chairman

Twelve Capital is pleased to announce the appointment of Dr. Frank Schnewlin as its independent, non-executive Chairman, replacing Dr. Urs Ramseier, formerly the Executive Chairman. The appointment completes the Group’s separation of executive management functions from those of the Board of Directors, thereby reinforcing the firm’s focus on strong corporate governance.

Dr. Markus Stricker, formerly Chief Executive Officer and Group Head of Analytics will now focus exclusively on Analytics following his successful tenure as CEO. Dr. Ramseier will now head the Group with his appointment as Chief Executive Officer, whilst retaining his position as Chief Investment Officer.
