Steven joined XS Investments in November 2009 from Russell Investments where he was Managing Director Benelux, Scandinavia and Germany and head of Russell’s Amsterdam office. Prior roles at Russell included institutional business development and client services in the Nordic region. Steven started his career in 1993 as an investment consultant working in Belgium (Pragma Consulting) and London (Russell Investments) before moving to Johannesburg in 2000 to head Russell’s institutional business in South Africa.
