Xenia has a successful private markets’ fundraising track record spanning over a decade. As an in-house fundraising and investor engagement professional, she was responsible for global coverage of institutional investors, including for primary fund investments, co-investments and secondaries across multiple investment strategies in growth and developed markets, including impact investing.

Xenia started her private equity career at AAC Capital, a leading Benelux mid-market buyout firm, where she built AAC Capital’s investor relations program. Most recently, Xenia was Director Fundraising at LeapFrog Investments, a specialist private equity investor across high growth markets in Africa and Asia. A pioneer in impact investing, LeapFrog provides growth capital and operational expertise to purpose-driven businesses that focus on emerging consumers.
